From what is being presented, I believe that the impeachment managers' approach is quite well organized and sound reasoning. The procedures they have put in place seem to be well abiding and well planned. I believe that the trial will be of much importance as far as legal formalities are concerned. Lack of remorsefulness is a big social vice, given that it occurs as a leading party. Given the attack's toll, it even beats more logic even when the most public figure does not show his remorse to the affected. However, the team working on this case seem to be determined to get to the bottom of the matter by keeping everything zipped up till the trial day.

The House impeachment managers plan to conclude their case against former President Trump on Thursday by zeroing in on Trump’s lack of remorse following the deadly attack and going further into the role he played, according to senior aides on the impeachment team.
The managers also intend to examine the harm that the attack caused to the people in the Capitol, including beyond just the physical scars, the aides said.
They will discuss the legal issues surrounding the case, according to the aides, in what will likely be a prebuttal to the arguments they expect to hear from Trump’s legal team when the defense presentation begins.
The aides would not get into specifics on the evidence they plan to present today, or whether they will show any additional new video of the Capitol riots

Having lost approximately 500,000 Americans to the pandemic, the bill to help Americans shoulder the resultant economic burden needed a bipartisan approach (Fox, 2021). The reporter even observed, and rightly so, that even within the Democratic Party itself, the moderates and the progressives needed to work together. For the undecided, the general opinion was that it was not appropriate to fight Biden's first major assignment, more so if it is a bill that is popular across the country (Fox, 2021). The reporter did well to observe the most likely reaction of the Republicans, who may oppose the bill for no reason other than that they lost in the elections (Fox, 2021). One issue the writer has noted is the slim majority held by the ...

What I found extremely interesting in this case, and I am being completely unbiased, is the luxury that multiple GOP senators did not appear for the hearings and were still allowed their ability to vote on this matter. It was also questionable that Ted Cruz along with many others sat in with Trump’s defense team.
